All of the information in the news article should be relevant to the news headlines as well.  The reader should get all of the information that they need after reading a news article including the contact information of the company.   You need to lend an air of credibility to the news article by backing up the information with a quote from someone in prominence in the company.  You should also give some background information about the company at the end of the article so that the reader understands a little bit about the company.  Remember that most of the information by the reader will be absorbed in the news headlines as well as the first paragraph of the news article itself, so make it eye catching and give them plenty of information before sending the article for distribution to any news archive site.   

When you are using quotes in any news article, they should be related to the article itself and attributed to an individual.  They should also be exact quotes, such as you quoting the individual verbatim.  There are ways that you can also discuss what an individual said as well to add credence to a news article.  Using exact quotes means that you actually are quoting the exact words of an individual.  They should also be followed by he said or she said and not use any adverbs.  You never want to editorialize in a news article.  If you are quoting anyone in a news article that is meant for distribution, the most important thing that you can do is to get the spelling of their name correct.  

Check your facts when you are writing a news article for distribution.  There is an old saying in the newspaper industry that even if your mother says she loves you, check it out.  That means that you double check any facts or figures and do not just rely on guessing.  If you create inaccurate news articles for distribution to any news archive, you lose credibility for your company and yourself as a writer.  Your news headlines should always be reflective of the content in the news article itself and not just used to capture the attention of the reader, but also provide them with the satisfying information that is promised in the news headlines.
